Responsibilities:

- Monitor and report daily field activities on designated platforms.
- Meet established performance metrics, including call average, coverage, and frequency norms.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share through strategic product promotion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockiest to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote divisional products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or life sciences.
- 0-2 years of experience; freshers welcome. Prior experience in the same therapy area is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for success.
