
West Region Business Strategist

About the Position
We are seeking a highly driven sales professional with a problem-solving mindset, who thrives in fast-paced environments.
This role offers the opportunity to take on expanded responsibilities and make significant contributions to shaping our Supply Chain Finance business.
- Establish Anchor Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and engage new anchor partners for vendor/dealer finance propositions, ensuring high utilization of limits.
- Regional Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies for the western region, delivering on acquisition and revenue targets.
- Pipeline Growth: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of brand anchors by identifying key industries and markets within the region.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with CXOs and key decision-makers of brand anchors to establish and grow long-term partnerships.
- Industry Representation: Represent us at industry forums and networking events to enhance visibility and strengthen our brand positioning.
- Program Development & Risk Management: Regularly engage with anchors to identify red flags, mitigate risks, and scale programs effectively.
- Digital Innovation & Product Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Sales, Risk, Operations, Compliance, etc.) to develop new product features and digital innovations in Supply Chain Finance.
