Technical Lead / Design Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead/Design Manager to lead our design organization.

This is a key leadership role that requires a strong technical background in aerospace engineering, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. As a Technical Lead/Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design of complex products and ensuring that they meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
