Job Role:
Contract Renewal Specialist- This role requires an individual who exercises operational excellence, meticulous record-keeping and task management.
- Analyze client data within various internal tools to gather supporting information needed to create documentation.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Representatives on renewal document preparation including supplying teams with contract quotes, and supporting documentation for ongoing client renewal conversations.
- Build strong working relationships across Sales, Product and Customer Success teams.
- Work with Responsive employees to help identify actions needed to support a successful renewal process.
- 2+ years of experience executing and analyzing customer data to assist in a smooth renewal process, for a high-growth SaaS company, with a track record of exceeding KPI's.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM and renewal management software is a MUST (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, and Conga).
- Self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success in SaaS companies and/or project management and driving adoption of technology within an organization.
