In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channel through proactive lead generation.
We are seeking highly motivated and persuasive professionals who can make outbound calls to potential customers, explain financial products, and generate leads. The position is results-driven with attractive commission-based earnings.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Engage in targeted outbound calling campaigns to reach potential customers for loan products.
- Effectively communicate financial product features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and benefits to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Identify qualified leads, schedule appointments, and forward prospects to the sales/loan processing team.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status updates, and follow-up records.
- Meet assigned targets for calls made, leads generated, and loan disbursements processed.
- Foster excellent customer relationships, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to financial sector regulations.
- Requirements:
- Prior experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or financial product sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, or Regional language are essential.
- A basic understanding of loan products, banking, or financial services is an added advantage.
- You must have a mobile phone, internet connection, and necessary calling setup (sim/VOIP).
