Research Associate Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to join our team. As a key member of the Head Leadership Hiring team, you will play a critical role in sourcing exceptional candidates for top-level mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct industry mapping and tracking to source manpower for top-level mandates based on work experience, job profile, functional expertise, and organizational set ups.
  2. Interact with candidates to understand their capabilities, strengths, and limitations before shortlisting and representing them.
  3. Create a target list of companies and executives to match the specifications for the assignment and continue to research relevant information throughout the course of the search.
  4. Conduct initial screenings (phone interviews) to assess candidate suitability and alignment with client requirements.
  5. Evaluate resumes and conduct research to understand industry trends, identify key players, and map out potential talent pools within specific sectors.
  6. Database Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and market information within the company's database.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in a relevant field
  • 6 to 10 years of experience
