As a highly skilled User Growth Strategist, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive user acquisition plan that drives growth and revenue for our mobile gaming business.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for managing the entire user acquisition funnel, from campaign conceptualization to in-depth performance analysis. This includes planning, launching, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across major ad platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Unity, and other ad networks/DSPs.
  • Your goal will be to hit key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROI by adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives on a daily basis.
  • You will also implement structured A/B tests for campaigns, audiences, and creatives, ensuring accurate event configuration and tracking across ad platforms and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).
  • In addition, you will partner with engineering teams to QA and troubleshoot SDK/event integrations.
About You
  • You have 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile games, proven expertise with major ad platforms, and strong working knowledge of MMPs and UA KPIs.
  • You are a data-driven specialist with excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns that drive user growth and revenue.
  • You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in user acquisition for mobile games
  • Expertise with major ad platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Unity, and other ad networks/DSPs
