We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office professional to lead our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a shift of Front Office professionals to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop, implement, and maintain procedures for the Department, focusing on guest engagement.
- Assist with team management, including training and development, to ensure team success.
- Handle complex guest queries and feedback.
Requirements:
A qualification in hotel or hospitality management is highly regarded.
Previous experience with a Property Management System (PMS) is essential, with Opera being desirable.
Work Arrangements:
Full-time employment.
