We are seeking a seasoned business leader to serve as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO, driving execution and ensuring seamless operations across offices.

The COO will oversee day-to-day operations, direct reporting to the CEO, and ensure every department meets performance targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and process-building abilities.

The successful candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Vendor Management, or Business Growth. They will be tech-savvy, with expertise in automation tools, CRM, and process mapping.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the CEO, implement their vision into structured plans, and ensure 100% execution. The COO will also be responsible for building and managing cross-functional teams, motivating and disciplining team members, and aligning team culture with company vision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operations and Reporting: Oversee day-to-day operations across offices, direct reporting to CEO with daily/weekly dashboards, and ensure every department meets performance targets.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for services not handled in-house, ensure timely vendor payments and cost negotiations, build long-term vendor tie-ups and alliances for business scaling.
  • Service Delivery and Automation: Where in-house service delivery is not possible, the COO takes ownership, drives process creation, SOPs, and automation of workflows, ensuring client delivery standards are always met.
  • Team Management: Act as a bridge between CEO and teams, build and manage cross-functional teams with accountability, motivate, discipline, and align team culture with company vision.
  • CEO Office Support: Work closely with the CEO, implement CEO's vision into structured plans, and ensure 100% execution, anticipate business needs, propose solutions, and execute decisively.
