Job Title: Business Intelligence Leader

Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced data science professional with 8+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision solutions.
  • The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP tools like Huggingface and SpaCy.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), MLOps, API development (FastAPI), and deployment using Docker/Kubernetes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision models and algorithms to address complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand specific requirements and develop and integrate machine learning solutions into the existing technology stack.
  • Analyze and improve the performance of existing machine learning/deep learning/artificial intelligence models by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and using advanced techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning.
  • Conduct research on the latest trends in analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer vision, and NLP, and incorporate new findings into the development process to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of technological innovation.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for AI models, processes, and results to ensure transparency and ease of use for other team members.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
