We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Leader to drive our global expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business growth plans across multiple regions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, technology partners, and stakeholders
  • Drive organizational change management, business analysis, and governance
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform business decisions
  • Prepare high-impact reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Operations, or Consulting
  • Strong exposure to Insurance / Financial Services industries
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
  • Hands-on expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI is a plus
  • PMP / Prince2 certifications preferred
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
