Job Title: Total Rewards Manager

About the Role

This is a senior role that oversees all aspects of employee compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market competitiveness.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in compensation strategy, benefits administration, performance and rewards management, policy compliance, and data analytics.


Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement compensation structures (fixed, variable, incentives, retention plans) to attract and retain top talent.
  2. Design and manage employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.) to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
  3. Drive annual compensation review cycles (increments, promotions, and bonus payouts) to ensure fairness and transparency.
  4. Maintain governance and documentation for compensation & benefits programs to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  5. Create dashboards, reports, and insights on compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce cost analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in total rewards management, preferably in a large organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with ability to partner with business leaders and HRBPs.
