We are seeking a compensation expert to lead our total rewards strategy. This role focuses on managing and ensuring competitive pay and benefits programs that comply with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and analyze compensation data.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions.
  • Support the design and implementation of compensation policies.
  • Collaborate with payroll teams on statutory records and reporting.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research.
  • Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs.

To be successful, you will need 2-7 years of experience specifically in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles. Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus. You must have strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation and analytical skills to work cross-functionally.
