About the Position

We are seeking a visionary Artificial Intelligence Expert with extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in fine-tuning foundational models and strong hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities
  1. Solution Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of AI solutions using large language models and advanced conversational AI frameworks.
  2. Model Development: Fine-tune large language models using techniques like PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA for domain-specific use cases.
  3. Open-Source Frameworks: Build AI solutions using tools like Hugging Face, LangChain, and AutoGen.
  4. GCP Expertise:
  5. Design and deploy scalable AI solutions using GCP services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, AI Platform, and Cloud Functions.
  6. Optimize model performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability within GCP environments.
  7. Integration and Deployment:
  8. Integrate AI models into enterprise systems and applications.
  9. Implement robust machine learning operations practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
  10. Coding and Development: Write clean, maintainable code for AI applications.
  11. Data Preprocessing: Build and maintain data pipelines for training and fine-tuning models.
  12. Model Evaluation: Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and benchmarks; iterate to improve outcomes.
  13. Prototyping:
  14. Rapidly prototype AI applications to demonstrate capabilities.
  15. Showcase solutions to stakeholders for feedback and iteration.
  16. Drive innovation through fast experimentation and proof-of-concept development.
  17. Research & Innovation: Stay current with emerging trends in AI and contribute to the evolution of AI architecture and development practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
  • Extensive experience in software architecture and AI/ML systems.
  • Expert-level experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and proficiency in Python, with deep knowledge of ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Experience in fine-tuning and deploying large language models using modern techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with machine learning operations platforms and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive innovation.
