We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an AI/ML Engineering Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support and engineering expertise in AI/ML environments. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tech Support & Engineering Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of AI/ML systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • GenAI Model Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, PaLM2, Llama2) and frameworks (e.g., RAG, Agents, COT). Implement these models to enhance business capabilities.
  • Cloud Platforms & DevOps: Leverage hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps tools to streamline development processes and improve efficiency.
  • Database Management & Data Warehousing: Familiarize yourself with database management systems (SQL/Sybase/Mongo DB) and data warehousing technologies (Snowflake, Databricks) to optimize data processing and analytics.
  • Programming Languages & Shell Scripting: Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, and other relevant programming languages (Java, Angular, http protocols).
  • Monitoring Tools & ITIL: Develop knowledge of monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Autosys, Grafana/Loki/Prometheus) and ITIL application support management processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Familiarize yourself with containerization technologies (Docker, Loki) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, preferably EKS or OpenShift).
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Exhibit excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.">
