Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of compensation and benefits design, with experience in delivering high-quality solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Key responsibilities include designing compensation structures, implementing annual pay reviews, and conducting market benchmarking studies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for job evaluation and leveling, as well as providing advisory services on total rewards design principles.

Additionally, the candidate will work closely with HR operations to implement benefits programs and coordinate with vendors to execute benefits-related projects.

  • Design and implement compensation structures
  • Implement annual pay reviews and bonus processes
  • Conduct market benchmarking studies
  • Job evaluation and leveling
  • Advisory services on total rewards design principles
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a compensation role
  • An all-round understanding of total rewards design principles and their application
  • Familiarity with one or more leading job evaluation frameworks
  • Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles
  • Experience in engaging with and onboarding benefits vendors
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
