Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Requirements Specialist to join our product-driven, autonomous unit. This role involves gathering and defining business requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring successful iteration management.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. They should also have experience in writing clear and comprehensive functional specifications and facilitating communication between technical teams and business users.
We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software or SaaS environments. Proven expertise in AI-driven platforms or enterprise application development is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field is required. The candidate must be able to commit exclusively to the company and comply with all confidentiality and IP protection policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and define business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders

  • Oversee implementation and iteration of product requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software or SaaS environments
  • Proven expertise in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Proven experience in iteration management and working with product teams
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in AI-driven platforms or enterprise application development is a plus
