Expert Compensation Strategist

A seasoned expert is required to configure and maintain the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Maintain: Ensure seamless functionality of the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module in accordance with organizational objectives.
  • Design and Implement: Develop compensation plans, quotas, credit rules, and paysheet processing solutions that align with business needs.
  • Analyze and Configure: Utilize analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions within Fusion IC.
  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support to ensure efficient issue resolution and enhancement.

Candidates must be able to commence employment within a month of offer acceptance. Both full-time and contract positions are available.
