About Us

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and efficient workflow.
  • Manage performance by monitoring key metrics, setting goals, and implementing strategies to achieve them.
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
  • Promote visual merchandising and ensure timely deliveries, meeting customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this intelligence to inform business decisions.
  • Lead regular team reviews and briefings, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate reports, using data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in retail management, preferably with premium brands or cluster management.
  • Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and direct teams of at least 10 members.
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in computer skills, especially report generation in Excel.
  • Able to multitask and think strategically, with conceptual knowledge and strong business acumen.
