Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ticketing professional to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in domestic and international ticketing, with proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage air ticket bookings, cancellations, reissuances, and fare calculations for domestic and international travel.
  • Utilize GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for flight reservations and changes.
  • Provide fare quotes, process refunds, and handle schedule changes.
  • Ensure accurate ticket issuance and PNR management.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies and global travel regulations.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in ticketing.
  • Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
  • Familiarity with ticketing processes and fare rules.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Able to work independently during night shifts.
  • Experience handling U.S. or international clients is an asset.
