About the Role

As an Automation Specialist, you will work with Power Automate and Logic Apps to build backend automation, dashboard enrichment, and ticket enrichment logic.

This is a unique opportunity for you to develop your skills in automation, APIs, webhooks, and JSON.

You should have experience working with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (especially Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) and be able to perform test automation with sample ticket scenarios.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in building Power Automate / Logic Apps flows for ticket creation, enrichment, notifications
  • Monitor flow execution and troubleshoot automation failures
  • Build automation to sync SPO content (KB), customer contacts, or BC triggers with JSM
  • Support development of SLA tracking and reporting dashboards (Jira + Power BI/SPO if needed)

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with Jira/JSM is a bonus.
