Senior Ecommerce Operations Manager

  • Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end ecommerce operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns the ecommerce platform, ensuring timely updates, security patches, and optimal performance.
  • Designs and implements merchandising strategies, including product placement, promotions, and visual displays.
  • Develops and executes growth experiments to increase conversions, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth logistics and inventory management.
  • Analyzes sales trends, market competition, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce operations, management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing efficiency in ecommerce operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, and Adobe Commerce.
  • Experience with web development, digital marketing, and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
