We're seeking an accomplished e-commerce specialist to join our dynamic team. As a talented Shopify Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional online shopping experiences that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Shopify theme development, customization, and optimization. They will be responsible for building and customizing Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring mobile responsiveness, SEO-friendly markup, and fast-loading pages.

  • Theme Development & Customization:
  • Create and customize Shopify themes that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Develop responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and browsers.

Performance Optimization & Debugging:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in optimizing site speed, image performance, and code structure. They will also be skilled in debugging theme and app issues across different devices and browsers.

  • Site Speed Optimization:
  • Optimize site speed to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
  • Implement A/B testing and CRO strategies to improve user engagement and sales.

Collaboration & Client Communication:

As a collaborative team player, you will work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure seamless eCommerce experiences from homepage to checkout.

  • Client Communication:
  • Provide guidance on Shopify best practices and technical limitations.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients to meet their expectations and deliver results.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Shopify development.
  • Strong knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery.
  • Experience with Shopify theme customization, performance tuning, and responsive design.

Bonus Points:

Familiarity with React.js, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS can be an added advantage.
