About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to own the strategy, execution, and scaling of ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.

You'll work directly with clients, report on performance, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver measurable results.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for multiple brands.
  • Scale campaigns profitably and manage budgets effectively.
  • Generate performance reports and present insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams for campaign success.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels.
  • Stay updated with Meta's latest ad features, trends, and policies.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and performance delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive ad strategies that drive brand growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Meta's advertising capabilities and best practices.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to inform optimization decisions.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of scaling brand campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and client communication skills.
