Revenue Growth Strategist

A career opportunity exists for a seasoned Revenue Growth Strategist to drive revenue expansion across our portfolio of upscale hotels and resorts in India.

  • Job Description: Lead multi-property revenue management, analyze market trends, design dynamic pricing strategies, optimize channel performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.
  2. Collaborate with hotel General Managers, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies.
  3. Develop and implement frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks for revenue and asset management.
  4. Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for owners and leadership.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
  • Proven track record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats.
  • Deep knowledge of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property GMs.
