
Revenue Growth Strategist

A career opportunity exists for a seasoned Revenue Growth Strategist to drive revenue expansion across our portfolio of upscale hotels and resorts in India.
- Job Description: Lead multi-property revenue management, analyze market trends, design dynamic pricing strategies, optimize channel performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with hotel General Managers, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies.
- Develop and implement frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks for revenue and asset management.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for owners and leadership.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
- Proven track record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats.
- Deep knowledge of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property GMs.
