
Driving Ecommerce Growth

As a seasoned ecommerce leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic leadership and operational execution.
- Own full P&L responsibility, setting aggressive revenue, margin, and CAC/LTV targets to drive business performance.
- Craft and execute a holistic growth strategy across D2C, marketplaces, offline, and emerging channels to expand customer reach and increase sales.
- Forecast demand and manage end-to-end inventory, ensuring ≤2% stock-out and ≤4% ageing stock to maintain optimal supply chain efficiency.
- Define product-market fit by localizing hero SKUs, crafting new-product roadmaps, and sunsetting low-ROI lines to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with R&D to adapt formulations for regional regulations and sensorial preferences to stay competitive in the market.
- Orchestrate 360° marketing – performance, influencer, CRM, PR – allocating budgets for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) to achieve desired outcomes.
- Establish data pipelines and dashboards to track cohorts, repeat rates, marketplace rankings in real-time, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Negotiate with 3PLs, payment partners, and duty consultants to optimize landed costs and service level agreements (SLAs) to minimize expenses.
- Recruit, mentor, and performance-manage cross-functional teams (growth, ops, CS, retail, trade) to build a high-performing team that drives business results.
- Champion customer obsession by mining VOC insights to feed product updates and CX enhancements, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive strategic partnerships – wellness chains, tourism boards, Ayurveda clinics – to amplify reach and expand business opportunities.
- Ensure legal and tax compliance, including cosmetics claims, import duties, and GDPR-like mandates to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Present quarterly business reviews to Global Leadership, highlighting wins, risks, and next bets to inform strategic decision-making.
- Deploy test-and-learn culture by running A/B tests on funnels, creatives, bundles, and pricing levers to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Set up disaster-recovery and continuity plans for supply, logistics, ads, and key seller accounts to ensure business continuity and resilience.
- Benchmark competition to deliver actionable intel on pricing, share-of-voice, and shelf velocity to inform business strategies.
- Act as the brand's cultural ambassador, embodying its ethos while driving high-performance execution to achieve business goals.
