Job Profile:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Wealth Management team in driving business growth through exceptional client service and strategic partnerships.

  1. Conduct regular check-ins with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences, and implement tailored solutions to enhance their investment portfolios.
  2. Foster new relationships by leveraging personal networks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  3. Initiate thorough reviews of clients' investment portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial objectives and risk tolerance.
  4. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base through targeted marketing efforts, strategic partnerships, and AUM growth initiatives.
  5. Provide regular market updates and insights to clients, including analysis of key trends, sector performance, and emerging opportunities.
  6. Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams and product specialists to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive results.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 7-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, and Investment Advisory, preferably in a leadership role.
  2. Proven track record of AUM growth and portfolio management expertise, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Strong business acumen, with a keen understanding of market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. A collaborative mindset, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  1. Possession of relevant certifications, such as CFP or CAIA, is highly desirable.
  2. Experience working with a range of financial products, including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and insurance policies.
  3. Strong network of contacts within the financial services industry, including professionals, investors, and thought leaders.
  4. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  5. Willingness to take calculated risks, challenge assumptions, and think creatively to drive business growth and innovation.
