Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a senior role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing delivery across various client engagements.

  • Prioritization of Client Accounts: Rank accounts and projects based on strategic importance, urgency, etc., to ensure the most critical ones receive priority attention.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure that necessary resources (e.g., personnel, technology) are allocated efficiently across the portfolio.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use effective KPIs to measure the success and impact of projects within the portfolio.
  • Optimizing Resource Utilization: Monitor resource usage to avoid overallocation or underutilization, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Project Progress Tracking: Regularly review the status of ongoing projects to ensure they are on track with their timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement: Provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and any necessary adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance and governance around service level and contractual obligations.
  • Accord the right level of urgency to financial planning analysis and budgeting aspects at the project/portfolio level.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive overall delivery excellence, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
  • Work with delivery managers to improve delivery teams' performance scorecards.
