Senior Asset Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asset Strategist to lead our asset management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 6+ years of experience in strategic planning and be proficient in advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating asset performance against benchmarks and identifying key trends and anomalies
  • Synthesizing findings into actionable insights for the asset management team

The successful candidate will be a critical thinker who actively questions assumptions, seeks clarity, and works independently to uncover causes and performance drivers with the help of operations and accounting. They will also be a clear communicator who can relay financial insights and operational observations to the team in a structured and concise manner.

Additional requirements include:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Project management skills, including the ability to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and track progress across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Collaborative attitude, comfortable working cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, finance, and ownership

Job Requirements

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools
