About this Key Role

This leadership and support position involves overseeing large teams, collaborating closely with colleagues, and ensuring high-quality results are delivered.

Years of Experience: 10 to 15 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Questions Bank for assessments that meets the highest standards.
  • Structure and design Question Banks; set quality standards for writing and review in respective domains.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain optimum availability of items in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects.
  • SME Management:
  • Define selection criteria and strategy.
  • Monitor SME performance quality.
  • Train and develop SME pools in different domains/subjects.
  • Coordinate with SMEs for all test development activities.
  • Create test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinate with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
  • Support internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets.
  • Assist in delivering projects and meeting organizational requirements.
  • Post Exam Analysis and Reporting to Higher Management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Subject Competency in School Subjects till 12th Level as per NCERT Syllabus.
  • Understanding of the Education System of the Country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
  • Experience in the Education Sector related to Assessment & Evaluation - Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development.
  • Excellent command over English, both written and spoken.
  • Good command over spoken Hindi.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency required in at least one of the following skills:

  • Social Work/Social Science/Social Studies.
