We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Tricog Health. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real impact on our customers' experiences. As a Customer Experience Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and efficient resolution to customer issues, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Interact with customers through various channels, including phone and email, to ensure that all customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
- Take ownership of customer issues and escalate unresolved ones to the appropriate internal teams.
- Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
- Keep records of customer interactions and calling data.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of graduation in any field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work and support the team.
- Computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques (preferable).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
This is a 6-month contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. The estimated salary for this role is ₹250,000 - ₹300,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
