About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Intern to join our team in Bangalore, India. This role offers hands-on experience in customer service and an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
- Record Management: Assist in maintaining and updating customer records and documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of client concerns.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to clients regarding project timelines and progress.
- Process Improvement: Support the team in improving customer service processes to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communications).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- A customer-centric attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Compensation
This is a paid internship with an estimated annual salary of ₹350,000 - ₹450,000 (INR) based on industry standards for a similar role in Bangalore, India.
