We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Career Advisor to join our team. As a Career Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers proactively to provide excellent service and support.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently with a focus on retention and growth.
- Leverage sales acumen to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any field.
- Languages: English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Additional proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi with no errors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Preferred: Experience in customer-facing sales roles.
