Strategic Account Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to drive our key client relationships forward. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be able to form professional relationships with clients, and play a key role in their success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage 5-10 client accounts and develop executive relationships with clients' leadership at a country-level.
  • Communication Management: Coordinate communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Stay on top of clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and any anticipated deviations.
  • Account Growth Strategy: Accelerate partnership, revenue growth, and capture new opportunities for the company.
  • Pitching Services: Pitch relevant services to clients.
  • Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new markets by developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Delivery Tracking: Track delivery timelines and quality to ensure high-quality deliverables are delivered on time.
  • Progress Reporting: Present reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles for a software company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and different stages.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to follow through on client contracts.
  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate them into a strategy.
  • Goal-oriented attitude with a proactive working style.
  • Proficiency in client interactions with the closure of sales deals.
