Audience Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead audience acquisition and event operations for large-scale conferences, webinars, forums, or brand campaigns.

This is a senior role requiring strong operational leadership, strategic vision, and proven expertise in driving attendance growth, managing complex event operations, and building long-term client and partner engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute audience acquisition strategies for online & offline events, leveraging multi-channel outreach (email/SMS campaigns, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing) to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Build and maintain high-quality B2B databases, ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation for campaigns.
  • Drive consistent audience growth, with measurable improvement in attendee conversion and retention.

Event & Campaign Operations:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of multiple events simultaneously, from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations and logistics.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to track and measure event success (ROI, conversion, customer engagement).

Stakeholder & Client Management:

  • Manage senior client relationships, ensuring impeccable service delivery and resolution of escalations.
  • Partner with sponsors, partners, and CXO-level executives to build strategic alliances and long-term engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in audience acquisition, event operations, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record of driving audience acquisition for large-scale conferences, webinars, forums, or brand campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, social media, digital campaigns, affiliate marketing).
  • Hands-on experience in P&L management and ROI tracking.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
