Job Description:- Key Responsibilities:
- • Client Acquisition & Management: Engage with decision-makers in corporate organizations to promote IIDE's comprehensive digital marketing training programs, building strong relationships and positioning IIDE as the preferred training partner.
- • Custom Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored training programs that align with client needs, offering modular or full-course options.
- • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, focusing on new business opportunities and enhancing existing client partnerships.
- • Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct research to stay informed about corporate training needs and trends, providing regular reports on sales activities, client engagement, and market insights.
- • Travel: Willingness to travel within and outside Mumbai for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to drive business growth.
- Must-Have:
- • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
- • A proven track record of successful corporate sales and the ability to travel frequently for client engagements.
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present the value of digital marketing training.
- Should-Have:
- • Knowledge of corporate training needs, particularly in digital marketing or upskilling programs.
- • Experience in managing client relationships and familiarity with CRM tools to track sales activities.
- Nice-to-Have:
- • Previous experience in the EdTech industry or a background in corporate training services.
- • An established professional network within the corporate sector that can facilitate business development efforts.
