The Role of a Senior IdentityIQ Engineer

CyberSolve is a leading provider of innovative identity and access management solutions. Our team of specialists deliver expert solutions for complex identity-related issues, including Non-Employee IAM, Rapid App onboarding, access certifications, etc., across various industries.

This role involves working with SailPoint IdentityIQ as a senior engineer to provide advanced support and troubleshooting services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Fixing defects, making minor enhancements, and updating configurations within the platform.
  • Debugging code and analyzing logs to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborating with development teams for customizations, workflows, and integration updates.
  • Managing connectors for various target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, etc.).
  • Implementing and managing SailPoint rules, tasks, and certifications.
  • Upgrading environments, applying patches, and performing performance tuning.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new applications and entitlement structures.
  • Maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
  • Experience with integration to target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, web services, etc.).
  • Good understanding of IGA concepts (provisioning, workflows, certifications, access requests, lifecycle events).
  • Experience in custom connector development and application onboarding.
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment and handle P1/P2 incidents.

Additional Information
