Job Description:

You will be responsible for integrating SailPoint with core systems, including ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other identified applications. This role involves designing and implementing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes, such as recertification, joiner/mover/leaver, access request, segregation of duties, and role-based access control.

You will configure connectors to onboard applications using out-of-the-box and custom options. Additionally, you will develop and maintain comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks.

The ideal candidate will design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events and improve efficiency. They will also communicate and demonstrate SailPoint's capabilities to stakeholders.

Furthermore, you will create and maintain insightful reports and audit trails to monitor identity and access activities and demonstrate compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum 4 years of professional work experience in Identity and Access Governance (IAG) domain and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management principles, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • A strong understanding of application onboarding and migration processes within the SailPoint platform.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
