Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Analyst - IGA to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding applications, interacting with application owners, and coordinating with internal engineers to integrate the application into our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) system.

The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst, with expertise in developing custom workflow for LCM/JLM Provisioning and administering SailPoint based Identity and access management Solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding applications into the IGA system, including JDBC applications, Delimited File applications, Logical applications, and Active Directory and LDAP applications
  • Coordinating with application owners to understand their system and explain the integration process/purpose and goals
  • Developing custom reports to serve both specific and general purposes
  • Creating rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment, and implementing Life Cycle Management like Joiner Event, Leaver event, and Manager Transfer event
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 7-9 years' experience as part of IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst
  • Experience in developing custom workflow for LCM/JLM Provisioning
  • Administrating, implementing, and supporting SailPoint based Identity and access management Solutions
  • Experience on RBAC (Role Based Access Control) analysis and implementation
  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification
