About the Role

We are seeking an experienced identity and access management professional to design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable IAM architectures.
  • Customize workflows, rules, and connectors to meet business requirements for provisioning and access governance.
  • Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications for seamless user experience.
  • Perform role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality IAM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to identity lifecycle and access management.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and role management.
  • Experience with Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and web services.
  • Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, AD), databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Good knowledge of security standards and compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
