Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IAM operations support, administration, and design. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert-level support for IAM operations
  • Administering and supporting IAM modules
  • Configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Access Manager
  • Federating Single Sign-On using SAML Standards
  • Implementing Multi-factor Authentication, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and other authentication mechanisms
  • Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and knowledge database documentation
  • Participating in daily/weekly/monthly/customer/internal meetings and providing activity reports
  • Creating policy and procedure manuals
  • Ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as per the agreement with customers

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience in IAM operations support, administration, and design
  • Knowledge of ISAM/IAM/LDAP operations, Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), External Authentication Interface (EAI), PD Admin, Python, Federation module, Distributed session cache & Web Services
  • Experience in Architecture & Design aspects of IAM is preferred
  • Migration and Implementation experience in ISAM would be an asset
