Job Title: Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Are you a seasoned expert in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions?

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team

As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Designing, Implementing, and Maintaining Cloud Infrastructure Services:

  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable cloud infrastructure environments using OCI services.
  • Implement and manage secure and high-performance database systems on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Supporting Database Migration and Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the migration of databases from on-premises to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Design, develop, debug, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle databases and associated applications.

Monitoring Performance, Security, and Availability:

  • Monitor and enhance the performance, security, and availability of database systems.
  • Ensure robust backup and recovery strategies using OCI tools.

Collaboration and Governance:

  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide support during implementation and testing phases.
  • Enforce governance and compliance policies within OCI.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions, including networking and database management.
  • Strong hands-on skills with OCI Console, CLI, and APIs; proficiency with IaaS, Terraform, and Ansible is desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle Database 19c and Oracle E-Business Suite v12.2.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Middleware, WebLogic Suite, and Exadata Cloud Service.
  • Experience with cloud CI/CD tools (preferred) and the ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area.
