Verbal Bridge Specialist

As a skilled Verbal Bridge Specialist, you will serve as a critical link between clients and customers through real-time interpretation. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, with experience in international communication environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate, real-time interpretation during customer calls, facilitating seamless communication.
  • Assist clients in resolving queries, issues, or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Relay information without altering the original meaning, tone, or context.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in interpretation, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English and Spanish – spoken
  • 1-2 years of experience in international communication, preferably in call center settings
  • Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional tone

You will collaborate closely with team leads and QA to continuously improve communication quality and client satisfaction.
