As a bridge between tool development and usage, you will identify translation errors through regular audits and implement short-term fixes to mitigate their impact.

You will escalate these errors to the development team for long-term correction and work on tool improvement. Additionally, you will coach CSAs on soft skills and share awareness flyers about Rosetta tool limitations and cultural knowledge to ensure effective collaboration with Rosetta.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Support CS Rosetta Operations in delivering exceptional customer service while utilizing Rosetta
  • Provide LS support through SIMs for various requests, including mining and analysis, culture and communication training, Rosetta-specific content creation, and deep dives on translation quality impact
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in any discipline
  • Proficient in French and English, demonstrating advanced language proficiency (C1-C2) in writing, reading, and comprehension
