Placement Facilitator
Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated Placement Facilitator to facilitate student placement and employer relationships. This role involves developing a robust network of industry partners and identifying emerging job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain professional relationships with employers and industry stakeholders.
- Organize campus recruitment drives and career fairs, providing guidance and support to students.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for students, monitoring and reporting on placement statistics and trends.
- Assist students in the application process for internships and job placements, maintaining accurate records of student outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in placement services, career counseling, or recruitment within the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Familiarity with job market trends and employment practices relevant to various fields.
- Strong organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with career services management software.
