Unlock Global Opportunities as a Sales Strategist Magic Billion is a pioneer in global talent management, dedicated to empowering businesses worldwide with targeted and skilled talent from India.We are currently expanding our presence in 15 countries and facilitating the placement of approximately 3000 Indians in international destinations each year.The Sales Strategist will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by achieving sales targets for sourcing Indian candidates for overseas recruitment services.This role requires a forward-thinking professional with a strong network, deep understanding of international hiring trends, as well as expertise in sourcing streams like job websites etc., and the ability to deliver tailored Indian recruitment solutions for global employers.Key Responsibilities1. Identify and target potential Indian candidate segments in sectors such as healthcare, engineering, construction, hospitality, IT, and manufacturing.2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue and sourcing targets for recruitments.3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, and close the sourcing of eligible Indian candidates for overseas employers.4. Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with recruitment partners.Client Relationship Management & Business DevelopmentMarket Research & StrategyMonitor and analyze recruitment trends, skill shortages, and labor laws in target countries.Stay updated on visa policies, overseas employment regulations, and compliance requirements.Coordinate with recruitment operations, candidate sourcing teams, and documentation staff to ensure smooth service delivery.Provide guidance and training to junior sales team members.Work closely with marketing to create targeted campaigns for Indian candidates.Reporting & Performance TrackingMaintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM tools.Submit weekly/monthly performance reports to senior management.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, HR, or related field.~5–8 years of sales experience in international recruitment, manpower supply, or overseas placement services.~ Strong network of international clients and recruitment partners.~ Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.~ Familiarity with overseas labor markets (Middle East, Europe, Asia-Pacific, etc.)Achievement of sales targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly).Revenue growth from existing accounts.
