Results-Driven E-commerce Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned e-commerce professional to lead the development and execution of our online sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and enhancing customer experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive online revenue growth.
    • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to inform planning.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals for sales channels.
  • Website & Platform Management
    • Oversee website operations, including updates, performance optimization, and user experience enhancement.
    • Ensure seamless mobile responsiveness, search engine optimization (SEO), and technical health.
    • Manage integrations with other systems.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Design and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
    • Analyze customer feedback and use it to enhance the user experience.
