Job Description:

The role entails creating and disseminating high-quality written content that maintains consistency and relevance for employees. Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures messaging alignment, while stakeholder partnerships facilitate timely delivery.

  • Develop and deliver engaging content such as emailers and communication assets tailored for diverse internal audiences.
  • Partner with HR, corporate units, and brand teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of editorials, including monthly newsletters and annual publications, by collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Facilitate interactions with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support and execute communication initiatives effectively.

To succeed in this position, you will possess a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred. Additionally, you will require 1-3 years of experience in internal communications/journalism, preferably within the services industry.
