Senior Communications Specialist

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our communication strategies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives, engaging diverse stakeholders, and showcasing the organization's impact on education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Craft compelling stories and multimedia content highlighting the organization's initiatives and positive influence on education outcomes.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Oversee the organization's online presence, managing social media platforms, website content, and online campaigns.
  • Foster transparent and effective internal communication, developing and disseminating newsletters, reports, and updates.
  • Develop communication strategies to engage with communities impacted by the organization's initiatives.
Essential Skills
  • A minimum of 6-12 years of experience in a high-profile, demanding professional environment.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and a problem solver.
  • Excellent English (written & spoken) with a clear, persuasive writing style.
  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related areas.

The ideal candidate will possess strong digital, social, or mainstream media expertise, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
