Internal Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies that engage and inform employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development: Create high-quality written content such as emails, newsletters, and other communication assets tailored for diverse internal audiences.
  • Messaging Alignment: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Editorial Coordination: Coordinate planning and execution of editorials, including monthly newsletters and annual publications, by collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Steer interactions with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support and execute communication initiatives effectively.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in internal communications to bring fresh approaches that enhance employee engagement.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in internal communications/journalism, preferably within the services industry.
